Pronounced "Jin-ga" in Brazilian Portuguese, La Ginga basically means "absolute bliss or happiness. It means not to take life too seriously and to confront hardship with the right combination of toes, heels and hips. The Portuguese word conjures up an almost dance-like way of running". La Ginga is the love of community, the passion for sports and the happiness found in every single one of us as we bond over the beautiful game that is Soccer: On Sunday, September 1st, come experience "La Ginga" magic within yourself and your community.
